In the last 15 years about 4,000 good paying jobs over a 25 mile radius have left my area to never be replaced..Some have moved while others have stayed here and taken poorer paying jobs so that they can stay near their families and friends..Its an easy choice for some and a tough one for others..Lots especially those owning a small farm hate to leave a rural area and move to a big city..I was one of the fortunates ones to have had a secure good paying job that I recently retired from..
