Speed is seldom the problem, it is HOW you are DRIVING. A Driver can be a safety hazard at 45 mph, while the next driver is using GOOD judgement at a much higher speed.. The Worst driver to come across is one with 5 to 6 years "experience"...he thinks he KNOWS everything, is tired, run down and maybe taking some meds to stay awake and WILL run over you if you get in his way more than twice... Those Rookies are what you must be cautious of..
