The hint of drugs in others might imply he may have some drug problems- violence is a symptom of meth, coke, benzedrine use. Heroin and other opiates are lesser violence when just used-- but withdrawal time gets some nasty actions. MJ heavy users when they get it are reasonably mellow- about the only 'good' point to MJ addicts that can't see too good while driving and crash into people, trees, police cars. Local prison system does tox screens on intake, presentence investigation does a lot also by way of sheriffs office. Any hint from them that he is using something he shouldn't?
