I am looking at buying a 1974 jd450c with HLR. It starts and runs fine but won't move. Has been setting for several years out in the open in central Texas. Trans is full and fluid looks good. was fine when parked.Have tried moveing with bucket and sprockets turn. Engine rpm does seem to drop when put in high or low but ever so slightly. any suggestions?? :?
