Wife will eat cottage cheese but I will not. Goes back 50-60? years to when had a can of milk returned as being spoiled. Folks made that can of milk into cottage cheese. At that time I decided that if the milk was spoiled for one thing it was spoiled for everything else and should have been thrown away. So to this day I will not touch the stuff.
