Show me where ladder style were not designed for tractors. They are a lot more of that style out there in use than the H style. H style are just a more aggressive chain....we called them mud chains. Ladder style will work fine in most situations and give a lot better ride. The problem is that people get the idea that they need to be tight as a drum.
