Wow. Just an old mower deck with some plate welded to it. Problem is it wont work very good with no cutting edge on it. It's going to lift off of the ground as soon as whatever is under it hits the deck from the bottom side assuming it collects anything to begin with and be frustrating to operate. Also with no cutting edge it will just float over whatever somebody is trying to scrape off. I don't think it will scrape dog poop off of the sidewalk. I guess with enough weight piled on top it may work. Heck, you can pick up nice used scrapers with ripping teeth for the same or slightly more money and have a real scraper box.
