Most likely you can find a repair kit for the master cylinder. Most forklift manufacturers did not make most of their "industry standard" items- like brakes, engines, starters, and charging systems. At the approximate age of that unit, it is probably a Bendix, Lockheed, or Wagner master cylinder. A good likelihood that it fits other applications as well.
