Yup, it *SHOULD* be a safe activity carried out on flat ground by people with common sense.
How does the facility know that you are people with common sense, and not just a bunch of wild yahoos that shouldn't be allowed to walk upright?
Better still, how do YOU know nothing bad will happen despite your best efforts and all the common sense in the world?
I'm sure your answer is, "Oh but I'll take full responsibility." That works until you're incapacitated. I'll bet you don't have the means to support yourself if you could no longer go to work and were socked with a bunch of huge medical bills and long-term care costs. Insurance only goes so far. After that, who's going to pay for it?
