I can understand their concern there was a hayride in Maine I think it was awhile back that turned out real bad many injured and maybe a fatality.You can bet the lawsuits will fly.So why would they put themselves at risk for no benefit? I turn down people all the time that want to use my farm especially the mountain land for varied activities no benefit to me and lots of liability.
