I did, regarding the western area of the state and the recent deluge of snow. I can understand the concern and wanting to improve things to help the area and the people that live there, but it appears there is a lot more to this in regards to details. I'm certainly no fan of the current elected official given the safe act and related issues.
I'd have liked to be able to have some appreciation and faith in these people,(our elected officials) when they exhibit good intent or actions to represent the people. Given the details of this, and the fact that there is a lot more involved, I don't have any faith that this is a good use for taxpayer dollars, trying to outsmart mother nature, I think it would be better to educate and help those folks prepare for something like this, then to fine tune our ability to predict weather, which as far as I know is still a natural occurrence ??? LOL !
