I have always enjoyed my own company. I have different interests than most. I can spend several minutes examining a tiny patch of little blue stem growing on the power line. There's an awe in things that grow wild. Wife and kids don't understand that. We have an in-law get together next week. Bring a dish and a generic $15.00 gift for guy/girl. We'll play some stupid game where you get to take someone's gift. What can you get for $15.00 and how many flashlights, gloves, socks,screwdriver sets do we need? I'd just as soon dispense with the gifts altogether. How's that go, " you can pick your friends, but you're stuck with your relatives."
