I could not find that set screw on mine, so I just drove the pin out. Also, there is not enough clearance for the pulley to slip in between the crankshaft pulley and the front bolster. Had to drain the radiator, remove the hoses, and then remove the 4 bolts on each side that hold the bolster to the frame rails. Used a pry bar to slide the bolster forward about 1 inch, and then the pulley would slip in. Installing power steering is NOT nearly as easy as it is portrayed on these forums. You need a well equipped shop, the proper tools, and some experience.
