Don't retaliate by sharing her email with anybody except HR or IT. You would just be lowering yourself to her level and maybe getting in a bunch of trouble over it. As her supervisor or manager you don't want those headaches. If she goes for unemployment the email records will be in your favor should you choose to contest it. If you did not do a drug or alcohol screen before you fired her this will help reinforce your reason for the firing. If she had a position where her emails are important to the company such as customer service or sales just have your IT department filter the mail for you so you don't have to sort through the junk. If she was not in a position where her emails will effect the business such as a lead or supervisor and her emails are all internal just have IT kill the account and be done with it.
