My computer has been acting funny for a while.It's slower,sometimes takes 20 seconds to respond.When you go to click on something the little arrow on the screen does nothing until a little scroll thing appears for 10 seconds or so then I get the little hand with the pointing finger to click on something.Sometimes it's kind of jerky when you scroll down a page,or jumps when you stop on a page.How do you know what virus or problem you have?
