If not they may have a fake name on the check and that complicates matters greatly.My wife used to work at a collection agency and to solve your problem will not be that easy if you follow the law.The again you could hire a couple big fellows and a rollback and just go get it but then you might end up with bigger problems.Possession usually ends up as the old saying goes 90% of the law in these type cases.Moral never take a check for more $$$ then you can afford to loose.
