The pilot hole dia. is .984" Clutch spline count is 6 I'm not sure what to measure to answer your question on diameter of hole for clutch. The OD of the splines measure 1.245" for the clutch disc. Of course there is the main drive gear retainer (quill) and clutch release sleeve with throwout bearing. Let me know if you need any dimensions off of these parts. There is the ball bearing ST 243-A (1.770" ID) that fits on the shaft next to the gear at the front of the trans case. There are 17 teeth on the gear. Overall length is 9 21/32". In reading your first reply to my question, is the IH H-41 trans identical to the Warner T-9 trans? I looked at an old Motor's Manual and they sure look similar in the drawings of them.
