I overhauled an International "H" a few years ago for my dad. The tractor needed new rear tires, so somehow, somewhere, my brother found a single unused NOS rear tire with that same tread that is shown in your photo. The other rear tire we put on it was a regular looking tractor tire that we purchased new. Now I want to congratulate you for keeping your tires as long as you have, but I will say that same tread on that International "H" is like a pig on ice. In other words, if there is just a little bit of mud, the same rear tire design that is shown in your photo will slip instantly while the other rear tractor tire will dig in and pull. I know why that design is not popular today.
