Well after last night, I'm more confused. Ha. Contractor initially indicated costs to be less than I thought, but all the time were their, (wife and me)We're both thinking the same thing, although we didn't know it till we got home. "This is not a good idea". So We still are going to wait till we see real numbers. We have time right now and I also find out that I have a nephew that is asking about the property.
