I really didn't want to pick corn today,but there's just two and a half loads left in the field I'm in two miles from home. It's supposed to drop down to 12 with a high in the 20s,so against my will,I think I'll try to finish that today and get the tractor and picker home. It's snowing,but with the temperature a balmy 30 or so,it seems like the best day to get it done. I just got home from chopping the last of the silage corn and got the chopper home. I think that load is about half corn,half snow.
