To all who have posted a Idea or Opinion please read the following.

As you will see I am from Mn. I don't care if you have looked up my IP address because I don't know or care what that is. However I have noticed that a couple of you seem to have a axe to grind with Gov. officials and have been doing it on this case. I hope it makes you feel better to belittle someone else as you only show what you are made of yourself.

As for the facts of this issue I can speak with first hand knowledge. I have been to All of the hearings in Hub Co. that way when someone trys too tell me what happened I can say oh really I was there and that is not what was said. Unless some of you were there that I did know how can you say the things you do?

In fact I live not far from the property in dispute. I my self have a sign that says Rocks for sale on my driveway. I have not heard a word from anybody about it in three yrs. No PERMIT

The ariel photos you speak of were they took recently or back in the 1960's????? That open pit has been there since Fido was a pup and he is a old dog. I have lived in the area all my life and just love when people try to tell me the way it used to be. Many get corrected fast. You speak of reading the Minutes have you read them back to the 1930's? I have. and remember them well. Some of them are written in broken' English combined with Norwiegian. So what was it you wanted me to know John PA.

You see I have followed this and many others very closely because some day somebody will knock on your door and then it is to late. The one here who said why did I give 150% for this. I can answer you, because you thought it was the rite thing to do. Thank You and Vet's for there service.

When you stand by and let everything pass, you are a wimp and need to gain some TESTICULAR FORTITUDE or keep your mouth shut. And when you stand for something you believe in then you are branded a trouble maker by those who are afraid to speak out. I have had this problem all my life as I am not afraid to speak my piece and feel you should have your say also, but have your facts straight first.

I was here b4 zoning and know the troubles it has brought with it. You no longer have a say over your own property when the City Slickers move in and start to complain. funny how they want all the things they moved away from.

I have nothing to gain in this fight except my rights as citizen of this County we call Free but let me tell you folks if you haven't noticed we are all being infringed more and more each day.

For those who are on the Public Dole they think it is great, the rest of us get to pay. You have the rite to make your choice as I have mine.

One last thing, If you think you can tell me about the Local Zoning, That would be like trying to push hot butter up a wildcats a$$ with a sharp awl.

Today's Featured Article - Show Coverage: Godfrey, Illinois Country Days - by Cindy Ladage. Except for last fourth of July's Old Gold show in Springfield, Illinois, I don't remember when it was so hot. Nevertheless, the heat didn't keep vendors and visitors alike from enjoying the third annual Country Day's Event. Jane Elliott said the event was originally a one man show. "Barry Seiler, owner of Country Town Farm Supply store used to invite people up to the Johne Deere store. He would give hats and a free meal for everyone that brings a tractor." Elliott said while this ... [Read Article]
