I'd check craigslist and see what comes up. Also don't forget that black friday is coming up and you can get good deals on just about everything then. As for you being tall I feel your pain. 6'4" and I hit my head on everything. Good thing God gave me an extra thick skull. I bought a house with 6' ceilings in the basement. That took several knocks to make me learn. But when you need to reach the top of something its nice to have the built in height.
