That's a great post. I hope you make clear to the county taxpayers that you will sue them for any and all costs associated with your case, including loss of income. I would think the incumbent politicians would have a hard time getting re-elected having cost the tax payers all that money for some surface rocks, and to prevent someone from improving the value of his land.
It would be awesome to be sitting there when all the county dirty laundry comes out in court.
