You may have answered your own question. If all discs are new then castle nuts should not be that far in. It's basically an "over center" type clutch so if dogs/toggles are worn then it just won't work correctly. Good thing is all the parts are available....bad part is $$$$$. Let us know what you find as it helps everyone. Maybe even post pics of worn vs new parts. You won't be/ aren't the only one to post this question. It all goes into the archives and anyone can access it later on.
