Moisture will migrate from center of kernel to the outside. A continuous flow dryer works on this principle It dries the outer part of the kernel and as it cools off the moisture from the inner part will migrate or equalize. With corn that wet I think I would feed it to the cattle as by the time the elevator takes drying cost and shrink you won't have much left. Depending on location you could pick it and run air through it but its way too wet to air dry it down to be able to store it unless you froze it.
