I know when you put one in an Oliver you have to pretty much strip it top the bare block and head then put the tractor parts on it. Even the front cover has to be changed so the pan will fit. I know too that you can't put the manifold off a White 2-85 or 2-105 on the combine engine,even though they use a 354 Perkins too. The bolts are horizontal on one and diagonal on the other. That's something you might want to look at. On the 1850 Oliver they're the same as the combine.
