THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MISSOULA HAS ISSUED A WIND CHILL WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO NOON MST WEDNESDAY.
* IMPACTS/TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING AND CAUSE DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS. ANOTHER ROUND OF BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR AGAIN WEDNESDAY MORNING. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL NOT BE AS STRONG ON WEDNESDAY, AMBIENT TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH THAT EVEN A LIGHT WIND WILL CREATE DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS. THE THREAT TO LIVESTOCK, PETS, AND HUMANS OUTDOORS WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTION WILL BE HIGH DURING THIS TIME.
