Local farm type tire place will work on them but I'm not going to ask them to. Replacements are out there. I was able to score two sets of six hole, lug centered split rings at a local truck dismanlter/refurbisher yard. Unfortunately they closed up earlier this year.
For my '67 I found some 5/10 lug, hub centered, three piece wheels on a 80's C50.
My '55 already came with three piece wheels so it's taken care of.
Some time in the late 50's they made some 22.5 tubeless wheels but they are hard to find. I did find a pair one time in a tire pile but they were too badly corroded to use; but they are out there. Good that you mentioned the 19.5's. I've seen a lot of them on the road with six lugs and the 19.5 tires aren't hard to find.
