A Month ago I head butted a rafter while climbing over the top of a combine. The arm and shoulders tingled for a few minutes from the spinal compression but the only lasting effect was a rough tender spot I couldn't touch for ten days. If I wouldn't have been wearing that cap I probably would have seen it coming.
