A couple of weeks ago, I screwed up and left the ignition switch turned on and ran the battery all the way down.
After charging the battery, everything worked as usual. Then a day or two later it dawned on me that the horn doesn't chirp when I hit the "Lock" button on the remote. The locks lock and unlock normally, and the lights flash, just the horn doesn't chirp.
A year ago, it was the other way around. The horn would chirp, but the locks wouldn't lock. That time I had to pull a particular fuse, wait a couple of minutes, and replace it. Locks have worked fine ever since, only I forgot which fuse it was.
It's not a big enough deal to pay a dealer to reprogram something, but I was just curious if anyone had a simple solution.
