I loaded up that old rusted steel that I took off the old barn and hauled it to the crusher today. Came home with $300.80. A whole bunch more than I expected. I don't know what Dad paid for it in 1968 if he paid for it at all,but I'll bet it wasn't that much. It was used steel when he got it. It came off the old pickle plant in town. I just remember that he and Uncle Earl each got some of it.
