Ya,I've had my back against the wall since Labor Day. I needed to get the hay finished. I knew if we got to October there wasn't a prayer of getting it dry and the weather wasn't co operating. When that was done I went right non stop to silo filling,then right on to this barn. When the concrete cures enough,there are some cattle in another barn that need to be moved in to it,then I have to take down the end wall from the lean to that's already down,I have to build a back stop to push manure against when I clean that lot and I have to pour another 8x20 strip of concrete along the edge of that. Then I can wean calves and pick corn. I hoped beyond all hope that the weather liars were right so I could take a nap and recuperate a little,but that didn't even work out.
