It looks like it is a 1590? I had a case 1490. Actually built by David Brown after Case bought them out. I also had a DB Case 885 before the 1490 it had the rounded dash. The only problem I ever had with the 1490 was a leak in the fuel tank, and a worn out PTO clutch release bearing. Be sure to clean that PTO clutch cable periodically. Your tractor originally had a full cab. you could get the rubber strips for the glass from CNH, then buy the safety glass from your local glass company. They have glass dimensions in the shop manual. You can get the foam interior covering from a number of sources.
