It might pull it but it will be a maximum load.
Now-a-days you see 150HP tractors pulling six bottom plows. You will probably get just as much done pulling a four bottom plow in a higher gear. Less wheel slippage at a higher speed will improve your fuel efficiency. Most semi-mounted plows can drop a bottom or two.
