Open the Left door , Now look up to the right side and remove the philips head screw. Now go around and remove ever other screw. It should raise the plastic top off. Do not pry too hard may have to remove all the screws but I think it is ever other one. I do not know of a common leak. Most problems we have is where someone grabbed a can of Freon and shooting it to the unit when it was not needed. Clean the evaporator and condenser good.
