I've seen that video before. It was done with CGI.
First off the "gun" has no action. It's just a barrel off an AR or AK, can't remember which without watching through the video again.
Second off, there is no way that that little machine could withstand the recoil of the 5.56 or 7.62 rounds that they are supposedly firing at the car. One shot would send the thing completely out of control.
The machine carrying the "gun" is real. It's a standard quadcopter that can be purchased at a hobby shop.
