That's for sure been through that .neighbors wanted farm banker decided to help them in spite of a handwriting expert willing to prove forgery and affidavits the judge decided that the forgery wasn't brought to him in a timely manner and the affidavits weren't written up correctly .The end result I had to declare bankruptcy to hang on my lawyer got fired and her boss got a job in a neighboring county as a judge and one of his contributions for reelection came from the banker. This was tied in with f h a we pushed it all the way to Washington .I had no choice but to settle they had more money than me.i also in order to get the bankruptcy had to sign a paper saying I wouldn't sue the bank because they didn't do anything wrong. So don't trust banker's neighbors or anybody I got a good reason for not trusting anybody. If you're wondering how they had two loan's they ran all payments into one got the government loan behind by 2000 and refused payment to get it caught up.he was a very slick banker I wasn't the only one he tried
