Why neighbors get their tidy white's in a knot about their neighbors house really gets to me. The pictures of the front of that house did not look that bad, as for the back yard, well, who cares, that is not even visible from the street. Overgrown trees and one parked vehicle is not like the yard of a hoarder, when there is obvious piles of garbage piled, I agree something has to be done, if someone choses to live "organically" so what, that is thier choice.
