I know someone going through a divoice. her lawyer is worthless. has lost paper work three or four times. Missed two filing dated. Went to court without the papers the judge asked for. The judge asked the lawyer what she was charging her client. The lawyer said $300hr. The judge told her she was not worth it!
Her exhusband is worth over 1 million. so far she has gotten $800 a month alimony.And misc property. A garden hose and a screwdriver.
She has told her lawyer she wants $2500 a month and her lawyer kepts telling her no.
