just because it will pump out the bleeder does not mean the pump is good or even good enough to lift the 3 pt empty. you need to do a pressure test and maybe even a flow test to verify the pump is good. I have had them here that they will pump oil but the tractor had to be reved wide open to lift the loader. I cannot understand how anyone could use a machine like that but he was. does your tractor have remotes? if it does do they work? if you can use the remotes to do work then your pump is likey ok. do you have power steering? does it work? check your relief valve it could be stuck open.
