On the off chance you are not joking, it would be worth about 30% under scrap price so that you can at least break even when you finally give up trying to fix it and haul it to the scrap yard yourself. The bent, twisted loader should be all the clue you need to decide you don't want anything to do with that severely abused piece of junk.
If you have decided you just have to have a 170 Allis to restore regardless of the cost, then I would charge the owner $100 bucks to cart it off his property.
