Its not what any of us say that matters, check with local authority and your utility provider. I see no problem with a disconnect and distribution panel outside the home in a NEMA 3R Waterproof Enclosure from which you can use appropriate sized breakers and feeders to run power to your home and outbuildings.

CHECK LOCAL AUTHORITY then make your decision, they may or may not allow you to do what you like, its their call not ours.
