Gene, I picked that tune because it was one my parents liked to listen to back in the early days when the Ford still had a radio in it.
Harvey2, you are seeing the camera pole that I hang the Gopro camera on to get the head-on driving shot. That is why it is a kind of shaky image at times as that light aluminum pole springs a bit as I drive.
Showcrop, I try not to complain too much about the crops . They turned out not too bad but we are stalled at about 50 percent complete due to rain. The summer's rain drowned out patches were not too huge but we lost a little. Only one afternoon in the field in the past week though as the weather is just not giving us a break. Cold and too damp to dry up from the last rain (2 inches) which we sure didn't need . The combines leave ruts in the field even before that rain so it is "interesting" driving to say the least. Here is a photo of the results of a big combine getting stuck in the field near me. The ruts have since filled up with rain water.
