I just got the agricultural registration renewals in the mail.(same go everywhere rights as commercial, but you can only haul your own goods- no for hire work) "Farm" plates are also available- but are for very limited use. These go by weight, age of vehicle makes no difference. 6000# pickup- $30 for a year. #54000 grain truck- $271 for a year. I believe these are about a 30% savings from commercial registrations.
