A few miles from home is a John Deere combine with 24 row/20" corn head I have been watching lately. It is a Geringhoff folding head. When I first saw it, it was at the far end of a field. I wondered why he was leaving a wide strip from where he made his last pass. Then he got close and I saw he was taking everything in his path! That thing is huge! 40' in one pass! They have 5 semis and 5 large grain carts running. I would hate to see the list price for just the header on that thing.
