No . A supercharger is displacing the air with much more force by squezing it through vanes which have little chance for back pressure. Introducing oxygen into the motor would cause insant lean out to blow torch like flame melting everything. The only reason NO works is because it realeases the oxygen molecules and has some cooling effect. An engine running nitrous oxide must be built as strong as a fuel motor just to handle the tremendous stress on the lower end. Oxygen would turn the mixture into a cutting torch.
