Yes, exactly.... you have to have the shop, store or qualified dealer/seller order it for you. I've not attempted it yet.
I remember a lot of these places that you could order from while at your desk, using your PC, laptop, like anything else, started cutting us off before the deadline, they did not want the hassle, don't want trouble with the law etc. I don't know if that has continued, and affects who the qualified dealers sources currently, but do know if I drive over the state line, I cannot buy any at Cabelas in CT. being an out of state resident of NY. We used to make an annual trip there, you could always buy it in the past.
