I think it's more in the 1000 range for price depending on the tires... Now if it has a newer qt loader... Mabey a lot more value there... But as a non running 5000 with an ancient loader, no clutch and not running.... Nah 1000 is MAbey more than enough. It's easily going to cost 1500 in parts go make it workable just on what you describe... Plus probably 2 days labor at whatever your shop rate is locally.. Keep in mind as a good runner it's only a 5k tractor.
