I was just looking for some more info on the 3204 engine I posted about on the crawler forum the other night and ran up on this site. Hopefully the link will work right, but it should take you to the part of their site with the equipment data sheets. They list a good but of the really necessary info for building an engine, from the various torque specs, to the valve lash.
