Not sure on the dodges, but on the Ford's there are 2 sets of fuses. one in the dash and another under the hood. Check the plug on your flatbed for loose worse that are crossing. That's the most common cause of blown fuses. Your truck lights and trailer lights are on separate fuses, sothetruck lights will work with a blown fuse for the trailer. At least that's how Ford's are.
